Our Process

Get in Touch or Visit the Shop

Most clients begin by popping into our showroom or giving us a call. You’re welcome to browse fabrics, wallpapers, and samples, or simply chat through what you’re looking for.

Home or On-Site Visit

We arrange a visit to see the windows or space in person — whether it’s a family home, a boutique B&B, a new build, or a commercial project. This helps us understand the style, light, and practical needs of the room.

Measure & Discuss Ideas

During the visit, Susan takes accurate measurements and talks through possibilities. Interior designers also come to us for our detailed soft furnishing knowledge, fabric advice, technical support and bespoke make-up.

Design Session in the Shop

After the site visit, we invite you back to the shop for a relaxed design session. Here we can pull together fabrics, trimming options, wallpapers, tracks or poles and paint colours, and any finishing touches to finalise a scheme you love.

Quote & Approval

Once the design is agreed, we prepare a clear quote. When you’re happy to go ahead, we begin the fabrication process.
